WHAT IS RODIZIO?
Rodízio is a traditional Brazilian all-you-can-eat style restaurant.
Legend has it that the origin of the Rodízio style of service was created when a waiter – who delivered a meat skewer at the wrong table by mistake – let the guest have a piece of meat anyway.
We will never know the truth but we are glad that the Rodízio method of serving meat evolved into the anthemic dining experience it has become today.
A UNIQUE CULINARY ADVENTURE
As a guest at RANCHEROS we want you to experience only the best taste and flavours.
Our aim is to use the very best 28-day aged beef steak & marry it with other meat dishes – such as beef, pork, lamb, chicken & duck – to bring a taste sensation to the most discerning of palates.
All our meat dishes are prepared on a "churrasco" (barbecue) and served to our guests tableside by Pasadors, who present the meat on skewers or on serving dishes.

We really want RANCHEROS to be a restaurant that caters for all. With plenty of options for pescatarians, vegetarians and vegans. If you have any dietary requirements, please ask a member of staff and they will be happy to help.
Our generous hot and cold salad bar holds up to 40 items, including seafood, charcuterie and cheese, plus a variety of sauces, dip and dressings are available.
We also offer a sumptous dessert menu – many made in-house – of delights to satisfy those with a sweet-tooth.
HOW TO ORDER
On arrival, our host will have the pleasure of leading our guests to their seats at which time your server for the meal will come and introduce themselves to you.
On seating, each table will be given their own double-sided cards: Green lets the Pasador know that you would like more meat. The red side indicates you’ve had enough for now. If you would like the meat cooking more, please just ask. For starters, sides and salads please help yourself to a variety of hot and cold dishes – all prepared with Brazil in mind – available in the self-service buffet area.
It is our aim to provide our guests with delicious freshly cooked dishes. However, we cannot guarantee that every dish listed will be available every day. Please note for Rodízio service there is a time restriction of 1hr 30mins for a table of two, and 2hrs for up to six people. Lunch menu is available until 3pm.
