What is a Rodízio?
Legend has it that the origin of the Rodízio style of service was created when a waiter – who delivered a meat skewer at the wrong table by mistake – let the guest have a piece of meat anyway.
We will never know the truth but we are glad that the Rodízio method of serving meat evolved into the anthemic dining experience it has become today.

As a guest at Rancheros we want you to experience only the best in taste & flavour.
Our aim is to use the very best 28-day aged beef steak & marry it with other meat dishes – such as beef, pork, lamb, chicken & duck – to bring a taste sensation to the most discerning of palates.
All our meat dishes will be prepared on a "churrasco" (barbecue) & will be delivered skewered on trollies to tables – at our guests request.

We really want RANCHEROS to be a restaurant that caters for all. With plenty of options for pescatarians, vegetarians and vegans. If you have any dietary requirements, please ask a member of staff and they will be happy to help.
Our generous hot and cold salad bar holds up to 40 items, including seafood, cold cuts and cheeses. A variety of sauces, dips and dressings will also be available on request.
We plan to offer a sumptous dessert menu – many made in-house – of delights to satisfy those with a sweet-tooth.
